How long does it take to get an answer from your support team?

Our team will usually provide you with a response within a few hours. This timeframe can be extended depending on the volume of requests.

Requests received are processed in order of priority:

Priority 1

  • Booking requests already confirmed
  • Booking requests awaiting confirmation

Priority 2

  • Services within the framework of our after-sales service
  • Services already carried out that require follow-up

Priority 3

  • General enquiries about the Cyclofix service, considered non-urgent
Rest assured, each message is treated with the greatest attention and as quickly as possible!

Our teams are at your disposal from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm.
