How long does it take to get an answer from your support team?
Our team will usually provide you with a response within a few hours. This timeframe can be extended depending on the volume of requests.
Requests received are processed in order of priority:
Priority 1
- Booking requests already confirmed
- Booking requests awaiting confirmation
Priority 2
- Services within the framework of our after-sales service
- Services already carried out that require follow-up
Priority 3
- General enquiries about the Cyclofix service, considered non-urgent
