How can I cancel my booking request?

You can cancel an intervention from your customer account, on our website. The mechanic will be notified immediately.
There are no cancellation fees, even for last-minute cancellations.
Unless you forget to cancel and the bike mechanic has already started his journey to the meeting point. In this case, a travel fee of €4 will be charged and returned to the bike mechanic.
Please plan ahead as much as possible. This allows the mechanic to organise his tools and parts accordingly, and possibly schedule other work.

- In your customer area, in the "Current requests" section, select the call-out you wish to cancel
- Then click on "Cancel booking"
- Select reason for cancellation, and confirm
- Your booking has been successfully cancelled!
